This product works. I was really apprehensive about it but the more I tinkered with it, the more I came to enjoy it. To get it started you need to plug it into your computer and set everything up, after you visit the website and download the utility to use it. You then are able to add games to it that you have and then go into each game and setup a function key so that way you can quick switch between games. Then comes the hard part. You go into each game and adjust your sensitivity to everything that you are going to use. Once you get that down your good to go and barely anyone on MP can touch you. The first round of COD I came out 20 kills and 5 deaths once I figured out what my favorite setup was. If you have some computer know how and want to get the precision of the mouse on Xbox or PS3 this is the toy for you.
